flygirlla @bethanymarek22 so the bust is measuring at 26 inches, but if you notice the photo of the back of the dress it is elastic so it does have some stretch. The length from the top of the straps to the bottom of the dress is 34 inches. The straps are adjustable so can be made shorter but this is the longest it can go. Let me know if you have any other questions. :)

flygirlla @bethanymarek22 I wore it once on vacation so it's not brand new but if you mean any rips or tears, etc. than no. It is wrinkled from sitting in a box but not damaged. I priced it so low because it has been worn once
