Dress, light blue with silver

Light blue Delias dress with silver sewn into the material. Back is low with 3/4 sleeves. Top is form fitting with the bottom flaring more. I tend to think of this dress as more of a wintry dress because of the silver, and layers of material, but it isn't hot when you wear it, so it can be worn in any season. I look like a ballerina when I wear it. ❤️
