Dress jacket with tapestry design

This jacket is beige and black and the fabric feels like a tapestry there is a leaf design to it. The sleeves are 3/4 length and there is a cuff with black trim that you can see in picture 2. The size tag has been removed but it fits me and I wear a 12.
