@millierentas this jacket runs small. even though it says 18 it's more like a large. I wear large and it still fits me but with me being so sick my weight fluctuates alot. 5 surgeries already this year with 4 more to go with the final one being to remove my lymph nodes in my entire body due to follicular lymphoma
