Dress in red and black, horizontal stripes, black skirt, & striped pepper bottom

Red and black horizontal, striped, short sleeve dress. The dress appears to be two separate items however it’s only one. The bottom portion is a black skirt and the upper position is a short sleeve, peplum style, black and red striped. It is in EUC and from a smoke free pet free home. It has would appear to be loops for a belt however, the dress is sold without a belt.
