Dress from shein, brand new,$25 or best offer!

I ordered a lace dress from shein and they sent me the wrong dress and size, it isn't my style. I don't remember the cost, I'm asking for 25 it best offer! Packaging is still there, it didn't come with tags it hasn't Been worn:)
