Dress from NY&CO

Used, worn about 5 times. Size Large. Not stretchy at all, i usually wear a Medium and this fit just right. But super cute! Goes to half my thigh and I'm 5'1. It did come with a little belt but I'm not sure where it is now. Looks just as good without the belt though
