Dress from Forever 21- perfect for dances!

I wore this dress once to a dance in high school, and it is one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing I have ever worn. The fabric is skin tight on top to make it more form-fitting, while flaring a bit at the bottom. It is a light green, some could say blue.
