Dress for the stars!

this beautiful maroon lined dress with a sheer /vevelt stars overlay , vneck , clinched waist it by far my fav from Bloomchic. love the flutter sleeve and while it doesnt stretch alot it is very genrious. it is a bloomchic size 30 but goes one to two sizes bigger on the fit!
