Dress by Tulle

This is a beautiful black and gray heart pattern dress. 💜 Worn 3 times and has only ever been hand washed and hung dry. The waist is adjustable with a tie string. Measurements were taken with the waist uncinched. Dress has a black silky layer under the sheer layer. I’m 5”6 and the dress falls, mid calf on me. Very slimming dress.
