This dress by Ocean Breeze is in a size XL, made of polyester and has a silky feel and shine to the fabric. Picture shown belted , no belt with purchase, and there are no belt loops on the dress. Very comfortable dress. Elastic at bust and string tieback with beads. Tiny fraying on string. But has been repaired.I love the pattern and colors.Cream, black,purple, orange, and brown. Measurements laying flat are: Bust:11 and stretches ti 20in. Bottom of Elastic st Bust to Hem:25in.
