Is the material stretchy? Is there a hem that can be taken down to add length?

@closetsarah Hi! I’m out of town right now but will be home this eve. I think it has some stretch but not clingy, more structured fit. Not sure about the hem, will take a look and respond then, around 7 CST.

@closetsarah There is stretch to the fabric and about a 1/2” hem (see added photo). I wouldn’t think there’s enough to addd length. I remeasured the shoulder to hem length, it’s 37”.

@deesp I'm generally a size 4, it fit like a glove. Given the material and ruching (stretches and hugs/in a structured way), I would think it'd fit nicely if you are a 2-4 but can't say for sure, I would base it off of measurements:
Pit to pit = 16"
Waist (front side to side) = 13"
Shoulder to hem = 37"
