Bought at a beautiful boutique in Spain, this sailor-style dress has a matched pair of bloomers. It has buttons down the back and a pretty navy bow on the front. It is classic and so cute and in EXCELLENT CONDITION (worn only twice). The company is Dona Carmen. Size is 36 months, but I think it is actually 2T-3T.
