Dress and/or Jacket

This can be worn as a dress or a long jacket. It comes to right above the knee. It has 5 buttons down the front and it has shoulder pads which can be cut out if you wish. It has a collar also. This is very beautiful!! It’s a size 14/16 and is 100% polyester. You will have fun with this!!
