Dress With A Hint of Shimmer

This loose fitting tunic looks especially cute with tights and ballet slippers. You can't tell in these pictures but there is the slightest bit of shimmer to it. Missing the tags (they were itchy and had to go), but in excellent condition. 29.5" long and 17 inches from armpit to armpit.
