Dress / Top From Asheville NC Boutique

This is a very cute dress I got at a boutique in Asheville NC. It’s never been worn, still has tag with vintage moon boutique brand I believe. I don’t see a size, but small to XS. Lightweight material w/ 3/4 sleeves w/ buttons and nice slit up the side so this is to be worn w/ leggings or pants. Inseam from arm is approx. 26” & slit is 14”. Laying flat the waist measures 14 1/2” across.
