I received your offer... I think the tunic looks like it may have faded some and has pills on the fabric.. Am I seeing this right or has it been worn and washed alot..The reason I I am asking , I am thinking about giving as a gift..

Armpit ito armpit is 21" flat with no stretch. It is stretchy though. Length is 37..to bottom of sheer material
