Dress Barn finely pleated sleeveless top with pink, tan, and white ribbons on a black background. The size is faded from the tag, but I’m 99% sure it’s a 2X (I remember when I bought it, and it’s almost vintage). There’s a plastic black ring that gathers the printed top layer between the breasts and then the two sides are open to the plain black layer underneath. 100% polyester Machine wash cold All measurements are approximate and are taken while the garment is laid flat.
