Dress Barn layer look top

Looks like a shrug over a top, but truly all one piece. Has bold pattern, and black 3/4 length sleeves. Size L , as measured, but material is stretchy, fits larger bust sizes if needed. Super cute, previously loved. Neckline has a slight drape when worn. This top is very flattering.
