Dress Barn blue midi skirt w/ black woven belt, 8

This skirt is perfect for fall! It is a heavier weight fabric with a suede-type finish. I only wore it once or twice so it is in beautiful condition, like-new. It’s a size 8 and it was a little too big for me, I am a 30/30.5” waist and 39” hips.
