Dress Barn Shear Flare dress pants

These are evening wear slacks. They have an elastic waistband and a shear cloth belt. Same shear material on the rest of the outer slacks. Under the shear material is a silky pant leg material. This is 100% polyester. These are great slacks for wear to a casual but dressy evening.
