Dress Ann Taylor size 8 but runs like a 4-6

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lavender2020. Loved it, but it ran way too small for me. New and still has tag holder and security tag. No new tag was included. Measurements are: 30 inch waist 34 bust My loss is your gain! Questions? Leave a comment below!
