Wore this like 2 times. The top part is like elastic and ribbed. So it’s copper stretchy up top. The bottom flows down and has ruffles.this is a cute spaghetti trap dress that is adjustable! This dress says it’s a large but I usually wear a size small or xs depending on the brand. So if ur small it’ll still fit nicely.
