cosmia123 @lseclark Hello , thank you for waiting This dress is knit , it does have natural give being knit Flat measurement of pit to pit without stretching is 15” , 30” circumference Length from shoulder to hem is 42” but again depending on how dress will “ sit” length might get shorter or longer a bit Thank you
