This is a Max Stuido Maxi dress. It's a size M. laying flat it measures 17 shoulder to shoulder is 21 The dress goes to the floor on me. I bought this last year. it's to small in the bust for me. You can wear this to work or a special occasion. It's multi collor and it's really like a brick color.
