This is a beautiful, bohemian, island boutique, white, 100% cotton mini dress or swimsuit cover up. The top part of the dress is double layered. You can with or without a bra, Yay! The buttons can be unbuttoned if you like. The top has a little bit of iridescence to it. It can be dressed up or down. It is a very comfortable summer dress. My favorite white summer dress.
