This is a cute summer dress for petite girls. I bought it in XL girls size from Abercrombie kids. Worn once and dry cleaned. It hits up to mid thigh for me and I’m 5’ 3”. Dress has elastic waistband and shirred details in the back. Non-adjustable straps.
