This is a beautiful black and tan dress. It has the illusion of skin tone underneath the breast with a beautiful lace overlay. An empire waist line underneath your breast and flowy chiffon that hits you right above the knee. This dress has no tears no stains. This dress has a slip underneath the skirt part of the dress. The size of the dress says 14 although I m a size 10 or 12 depending on if the dress fits my boobs this dress fits more like a 10/12 around the rib cage.
