This is not the black and white dress. It is different shades of blue and is from Coldwater Creek. I hit the wrong picture.

Hi, The chest is about 35-36” around and the length is 39”. I wear a 38 bra and it wasn’t too tight on me. The reason I’m selling it is because I have lost weight and it doesn’t fit anymore. It is a very nice dress.
