The back has some elastic in it for stretch. There is a tie double layered. You could wear with or without. If short May need a tank for cleavage but was fine without when I tried on. It’s a great everyday . Throw on a pair sandals or heals and jacket and your ready fo4 day or night. It’s a staple one.
