This dress fits to any body shape really well. The ruching in the front helps hide any belly buldge. I wore it to weddings and it always killed. It does have small shoulder pads but if you dont like them you can always remove them.

@fromchloe2u its 40" in length and 14 1/2" across the chest. The material os 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Its very forgiving and stretchy. Let me know if you need another measurement from anywhere.
