Light airy cotton, elasticized bodice, romantic, flower petal asymmetrical bottom hem detail. Locally made and purchased in Bali, Indonesia while backpacking. no tags. Fits like a medium/large but top has a lot of stretch and would probably work for smaller figure as well.
