You need to have a comforter to put inside of this cover. There is a zipper on the side and you push the comforter in it and then zip it back up. This is great if you just want a new look and already have a comforter in queen size. The inches might not be exact, as these are made in China. It's 220 x 230 CM which breaks down to about 86 x 90 inches . I got another one and it's not exact when filled, but it's so incredible I just love it. The pillow covers are for regular size pillows.
