Worn once for a St. Patrick’s Day parade and party. Comes with Velcro velvet choker, Kiss Me felt pin, and garter as well as dress. Does NOT come with the rainbow headband. No longer have original bag but still have the cardboard cover. Dress has no stains or rips and has been cleaned. Skirt has an elasticized hemline to make it more of a bubble skirt. Super cute outfit for a parade for St Patrick’s day or for Halloween. Size medium. Probably could fit between a size 4,6, or 8 if I had to guess.
