Dreamgirl prisoner adult Halloween costume. Size small. Includes dress with garters, wrist cuffs with chain, and hat. The only thing missing from the set is the chain necklace. The silver parts on the dress are a bit worn off, mostly on the main body. There’s an attached petticoat under skirt portion of dress, there’s some fraying on the edges of the petticoat underneath. 4 garters attached to the dress, 2 on front and 2 in back. One of the chain link garters on the front is missing a clip, but the other 3 are all fine. Hat had little elastic loops on the inside. One of the wrist cuffs has the Velcro sewn onto the same side so it doesn’t close the right way.
