how high do these go up? under the knee? do they stay up or fall as they look like they lack form around the top (slouchy design)?

@stacygirl81 hi! They fall right under my knee (I’m 5’5) they stay up for me and I don’t think are meant to be “slouchy” but I think that also depends on calf circumfeance .
