poshingyoung @michelletye good morning! Measurements are noted below: Upper top of spaghetti strap to lower bottom of dress is 53.5 inches. Armpit to armpit is 20 inches. The stretchy band that sits right below the breast is measured at 21 inches stretched and the rest of the dress flows without restrictions. Please let me know if you have any additional questions! poshingyoung @jbarne3dm the stretchy area is under the breast (elastic band). As for the fabric, it is cotton like so not as much stretch to it. I would say it is on the Small XL.
