selma_coolman @lolaamelia No, they just sended me a computer typed message about how to solve problems, but it didn't said anything about an extra pair of shoes. So these shoes were supposed to be shipped to somebody else? Maybe I could send them to that person and he/she could accept it on the website.

selma_coolman Yes, I shipped it, but I didn't get a tracking number. I just printed that label, taped it on the packet and brought it to the post station. But I don't think the adress on the label was yours..
