She’s 5’11 and the ruched part is above her belly button area(fyi) the ruched area measures 16” laying flat but also has stretch to expand a little more(probably 1-2”) hope that helps and please let me know if any other questions 😊💕

sweet_blessings @cafarmlady it would depend more so on your torso. It’s 46” from shoulder to hem so maybe measure one of your dresses to get a good comparison. I will say my daughter in pic is tall with a long torso and it hits just below knee so I would think longer yet on you. Hope that helps 😊
