Draper James Navy & White stripe mini dress. Size 2 measures 16” at armpits, and 34” length from shoulder to hem. Fabric is cotton/spandex blend so it has some stretch. It has pockets!!! Zips up in back. Has slight fray on right pocket as seen in photo, barely noticeable, and in otherwise great condition.
