Draper James floral tie waist dress

Tie waist dress in size XL from Draper James RSVP. Extremely light weight, cotton belt is included however one of the string belt loops has come unhooked from the dress. Dress was purchased this way without even noticing or it effecting the garment. Dress only worn once. Smoke free home, pet friendly home but dress has been kept in an off limits closet.
