Draper James Summer dress with pockets!

Draper James Dress Red and white striped with umbrella details! Cold shoulder. Did I mention it has pockets!? 100% Cotton. Size 0 but I would say Draper James runs a bigger, would be a small or size 2 in other brands. Minor bleeding of the umbrella color onto the dress and belt.
