Near perfect condition Draper James RSVP Maxi Dress Red & white stripes Tiered Drawstring waist, puff sleeves Feels like linen, but is cotton Size Small 17.5” from armpit to armpit 14” from shoulder to drawstring waist 52” from shoulder to bottom hem ***Note there is one small hole above the drawstring. Not noticeable when wearing (see last pic)
