Fun popover dress, navy and red floral print. Flattering dress with drawstring waist and ruffle detail at hem. Good condition, I say good not excellent condition because one of the ties in the front is missing. The back is elastic and it’s just a drawstring that works on the front of the dress. You could repair, replace ties, just use a belt over it/cut the other side and not use. See last pic Bust flat 20” Length 37”
