This is a smocked puff-sleeve dress from Draper James. This is suuuuch an adorable little dress! The puff sleeves are not too puffy, which I personally love. And the dress itself is very comfortable and lightweight. It's a great dress for many occasions! This has only been worn two times and dry cleaned. It's in perfect condition!
