Dramatic Navy Floral Dress with Flared Sleeves

The sleeves give the dress a very gothic vibe if you ask me. Off the shoulder, mini dress NOTE: i don’t fit in this dress anymore, so I couldn’t zip it when I put it on. It looks much larger on the hanger than it really is!
