@cgrayb2023 Hello, so it’s an Italy 37 1/2, which is about 7-7 1/2 US sizes, I’m a US size 7 or 7 1/2 shoe, depending on the brand. These heels fit perfectly, they are very comfortable both times I wore them, and a ridiculous amount of compliments on them! Lol
