Dr. Seuss- costume

This fun costume is an Adult Small. I bought it for my daughter and she wore it once on a Halloween night out. It's 100% polyester, and is in excellent condition. It measures ( from top to bottom, proper) it is 28". Waist size is 16", and the whole costume has lots of stretch.
