Dr. Seuss Thing 1 Tutu Bundle

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lovedbyliliana. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. There is a stain on the top pointed out in photo and a couple on the bow - see all photos for them pointed out! Still in good condition / great for wearing to school for a theme day!
