kbf3680 @blondeboutique The boot circumference is adjustable. With the buckle latched its 14” but when you adjust the buckle it can be 15 or a little bigger. There is an elastic insert that can stretch. I think it’s fair to say the circumference is adjustable. I hope that helps a little. The zipper goes up the opposite side. Let me know if you need anything else or if I did that wrong. I’m still learning shoe measurements!
